Set right on the Thames Path, Benson Waterfront offers a haven for relaxation, boating, walking and fishing. Ideal for touring the Cotswolds, the Chilterns, the Thames Valley, Windsor, Oxford and even London.

The village of Benson is within easy walking distance and has its own selection of shops, including a post office, a butcher and a pub.
Wallingford is the next closest town offering a more comprehensive range of stores.

Easily accessible is the stunning university town of Oxford and is a must to visit with its’ river walks, architectural tours, shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes drive from Benson. Tour buses run from Oxford to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace.

Windsor and its’ castle are approximately an hours drive away. Windsor also has Legoland situated on its’ outskirts and Thorpe Park is another half an hour beyond.

Hourly: Relax in our reach, one of the longest stretches between locks on the river Thames with wonderful wildlife to see and tranquil countryside to travel through.

Half day cruise: A cruise to Clifton Hamden and time for a drink by the river or downstream to Moulsford - 1 lock each way.

Day cruise: Downstream to Goring / Streatley and return, or upstream to Abingdon and return.
